Grievance Resolution

We value feedback as a vital part of building a better workplace and strengthening how we operate. Whether it is a suggestion, concern or complaint, we encourage open communication and are committed to continuous improvement.

Our people have access to both informal and formal channels to share feedback or raise concerns about business performance. A key part of this is our Internal Grievance Procedure, which is available to all employees. This process helps us address behavioural issues early and foster a work environment that is inclusive, respectful, and committed to excellence in psychosocial safety.

For more serious concerns, our Whistleblower Procedure offers a safe, confidential, and protected way for employees and partners to report misconduct or unethical behaviour without fear of retaliation.

We also welcome feedback from our external stakeholders. Our External Stakeholder Grievance Procedure supports two way communication and ensures that concerns submitted through our Grievance channel via our Contact Us form are acknowledged and addressed promptly.

If you would like to get in touch, you can also contact us directly via the Contact Us form on our website.
